1. Modification, Deferment, and Cancellation of Programs

1.1 Program Changes

Srividya Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to legal mandates, government regulations, directives from federal, state, or local authorities, or advisories related to public health and safety.

1.2 Program Deferment

If you are unable to attend a program you have registered for, you may choose to defer your participation and enroll in the same program at a later date, subject to availability and scheduling.

1.3 Program Cancellation

In case a program is canceled by Srividya Foundation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and options for rescheduling, deferment, or refund (if applicable) will be provided.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Non-transferable Registration

Registrations for programs, events, courses, or retreats are personalized and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your registration to another individual under any circumstances.

2.2 Requirements for Advanced Sadhana Courses

Participation in advanced sadhana courses is contingent upon the completion of prerequisite programs. These prerequisites are determined by Srividya Founthe dation and will be communicated by your program coordinator. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of participation in advanced courses.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Program and Course Refunds

Refunds for program or course fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that requests are made within 14 days prior to the start date of the program. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days.

3.2 Online Donations and Subscriptions

All online donations and subscriptions made to Srividya Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. This policy aligns with IRS regulations governing tax-deductible donations to 501(c)(3) organizations. Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for tax purposes.

4. Tax Deductibility and Donation Acknowledgment
Srividya Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made to the foundation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are advised to consult with a tax professional to determine the deductibility of their contributions.

Official donation receipts will be provided for all donations, including the organization’s EIN (Employer Identification Number) for tax reporting purposes.

5. Use of Website and Intellectual Property Rights

In such cases, Srividya Foundation is released from any obligation to deliver program services or duties.
