Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Srividya Foundation’s materials for personal and educational purposes only. This means that:
You may access, view, and use the materials solely for your personal learning and development.
You may take personal notes, print, or download copies of materials provided, but only for your own use and not for distribution.
3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Srividya Foundation:
Reproduction: Copying, reproducing, duplicating, or photocopying any part of the materials, whether in printed, digital, or any other format.
Distribution: Sharing, distributing, transmitting, or making available any part of the materials to others, including but not limited to posting on websites, social media, forums, or file-sharing platforms.
Modification and Derivative Works: Altering, editing, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on Srividya Foundation’s materials.
Commercial Use: Using the materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to teaching, training, selling, or incorporating them into products or services offered by you or any third party.
Recording: Audio or video recording of any live or pre-recorded sessions, courses, or teachings conducted by Srividya Foundation is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Srividya Foundation’s Trademarks and Logos
Srividya Foundation’s trademarks, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Srividya Foundation. They may not be used, reproduced, or displayed without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of Srividya Foundation’s trademarks or logos is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Attribution and Acknowledgment
If you wish to reference Srividya Foundation’s materials or teachings for educational, non-commercial purposes, you must provide appropriate attribution by crediting Srividya Foundation as the source.

6. Breach of Intellectual Property Policy
