Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 28 September 2024
At Srividya Foundation, we are dedicated to providing a meaningful and enriching experience through our Sri Vidya Sadhana Course. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer flexibility through our deferral policy. Please read our policy carefully, as all registrations are final, and no refunds or transfers are permitted.
Cancellation and Deferral Policy
1.1 No Refunds
All program fees, once paid, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend. We encourage you to consider your schedule and commitment before enrolling in our programs.
1.2 Deferral of Program Participation
If you are unable to attend a scheduled program or course, you may opt to defer your participation to a future session. The following conditions apply:
Notification: Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date if you wish to defer your participation. This allows us to reserve your spot in a future program.
Validity: Your deferral is valid for up to 3 months from the original program date, and you may join the next available session within this period.
One-Time Deferral: Each participant is allowed only one deferral per program registration. After the deferral has been utilized, the registration is considered fulfilled.
Non-Transferable Registration
Program registrations are personalized and non-transferable. Once you have registered, you may not transfer your participation to another individual under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and personalized nature of our programs.
Donation Policy
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations made to Srividya Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are crucial for supporting our mission and enabling us to continue offering our programs. In compliance with IRS regulations, donors will receive an acknowledgement receipt for tax purposes.
Changes to Programs or Schedules
Srividya Foundation reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or facilitators as necessary. In the event of any changes, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide options for deferred participation.
Force Majeure Clause
When programs are delayed or cancelled due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), Srividya Foundation will allow participants to defer their enrollment to a future program date but will not issue refunds.
